1. Overview These Terms of Service govern all wholesale purchases made through beautifulsee.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Beautiful See Inc. is a wholesale sunglasses brand based in California.
2. Eligibility Our store is intended for authorized wholesale buyers (boutique retailers, resellers, and licensed businesses) only. By purchasing, you confirm you are buying for resale purposes.
3. Minimum Order Requirements Orders are fulfilled in 12-pack units per SKU. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply and are listed on each product page.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and are wholesale prices.
- Payment is due at time of order unless a Net payment arrangement has been separately agreed upon in writing.
- Beautiful See Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing with notice.
5. Order Processing & Fulfillment Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship globally. Shipping costs and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon carrier pickup.
6. Returns & Cancellations Please refer to our [Return & Cancellation Policy] for full details. Wholesale orders are generally final sale; exceptions apply for damaged or defective goods reported within 30 days of receipt.
7. Intellectual Property All brand assets, imagery, and product designs are property of Beautiful See Inc. Wholesale buyers may use provided assets solely for resale marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability Beautiful See Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
